2004 Infinity G35 - Running A Pocket-sized Live FIXED?
Good morning gentlemen,
I've got a 2004 infinity g35 that we did a thermostat and coolant flush on. Since then, the cooling system whole shebang fine while idleing in the shop. Fans get on (low speed) at 203 deg and belong off at 190 deg. It will do this all solar day long-lasting until information technology's impelled. After 10 minutes of driving the cooling fans switch to high speed and will not go off until shutting the fomite away for a couple minutes and then re start and works like normal again. While the fans are stuck on high, the airflow thru the rad is warmish to cool and the eng temp will go up to 230 deg, even going down the highway at 75 mph the high fans on and temp rises. Pull terminated, shut motorcar inactive for a few minutes, and right back to normal again. I've followed Mitchel's phlebotomise procedure to a tee, 4 times over. It doesnt take any more coolant, no air in system of rules. I was thinking head issue, however, no evidence. I was thinking fans electrically get stuck on high, but the fashionable air crosswise rad and temp emerging tells me no, as an alternative it would run cool, and eventide 75 mph air flow doesn't serve. Anyone fully fledged a alike issue? I would sure appreciate input signal on this one. Thanks

Re: 04 infinity g35 running a little hot
I heard that Steve. I've thoughroly been thru the procedure 4 complet times and even upraised the fe so the railroad car was at a 60 deg upward angle. The bleed procedure says when you stop having to bestow coolant it's done. So far it North Korean won't take some more than. The fact of being able to shut it off for a few minutes, re-start, then works fine till 10 min or so of driving. Arrrrrgh. I guess for like a sho i will continue trying to bleed system. Going for another ride right now, like Matthew Arnold says "I'll be binding"

Re: 04 infinity g35 running a little hot
Ric made a cracking distributor point about the vac fillers. I love it and it's never unsuccessful me. I remember i had a Mazda that I swore was bled. I had that thing jacked way up and raced the locomotive, on fire prayaer candles and hired a witch Dr. Ultimately it burped. Vac fill up from that time connected, especially Mazdas and Inifinities. Other matter I do is over the years i've crushed a a couple of of the tellow fill funnel kits. Now I stick a few of the extensions together raising the funell rising and it bleeds much punter.

Re: 04 eternity g35 running a littler hot
Another thought, see if the heater hose has been replaced abd it's looped dishonorable. I've seen hoses that are routed base and wuill always obtain an air pocket.......

Vaccuum bleeders are great, I have nonpareil, also get one of those yellow jugs that attatch to the radiator cap from lisle, those work great also. Good luck.
Some multitude try to turn back their odometers. Non me, I want mass to know why I appear this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't made-up.

Re: 2004 Infinity G35 - Lengthwise A Little Hot FIXED
Asymptomatic, meet got a song from customer. He took it for a 100 mile ride over the weekend and a bit spell into the ride helium heard the cooling fans come on high and stayed altogether time. Temporary worker guage in car stayed right in the midst, but fans never block off. I guess I'll re-Charles William Post a/the fix again later. Going to be looking fractious towards possible head gkt issues. Tune in later, same bat time, same lick transmission channel..

Re: 2004 Eternity G35 - Running A bit Near FIXED
Before you jump to conclusions the sensors for the fans may have been damaged by the constant overheating. If the gauge stayed in the normal range throughout the trip, driving at speeds or at unwarranted, I would check out the possibility of a bad sensor. This fomite may have two sensors and then view it with your scanner. Another theory is a bad relay. It also may have been overworked and once triggered won't eject, although this usually will cause a fan staying happening after key is shut in dispatch. Fortunate, all i can say is few times in situations like this I've shot myself in the animal foot by assuming. Good destiny.............
